For the fondue:
1/2 pound of dark chocolate, chopped
3.5 ounces of milk chocolate, chopped
1-1/4 cup whipping cream
10 large marshmallows
For dipping, choose any of the following:
angel food cake
Place chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot (not boiling water). Stir until about half melted. Stir in cream and marshmallows and stir until chocolate and marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into a heated chocolate fondue pot. Dip fruit, marshmallows, etc. into warm chocolate fondue. Makes 3 cups of fondue mixture.
