Serves about 2

1 grapefruit
1 tablespoon sweet white wine
1 tablespoon honey

Cut grapefruit in half; remove seeds. Cut around edges and sections to loosen; remove centers. Set oven control to broil and/or 550 F. Mix wine and honey; pour over grapefruit halves. Place on rack in broiler pan. Broil grapefruit halves 4 to 6 inches from heat until juice bubbles and edges of peel are light brown, 5 to 10 minutes.
