Tipsy Cake
3 tablespoons jam 1/2 cup sherry 1 ounce Irish Whiskey 1-1/2 cups warm custard 1 cup whipped cream
Break up the cake or cakes and gently mix through with jam. The mixture does not need to be even. Place in a glass bowl. Mix sherry and whiskey and pour over cake. Press down lightly. Pour custard over the cake and chill. Spoon whipped cream over the top and serve. e
