Serves about 1

strong hot coffee
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 ounce Irish Whiskey
whipped cream

Heat a 6-ounce stemmed glass in hot water. Remove from water and place a teaspoon in the glass (this will help prevent the glass from cracking). Half fill the glass with hot coffee. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Pour in whiskey. Add more hot coffee until it comes to within 1/2 inch of the top of the glass. Spoon on whipped cream. Serve.
